A group consists of 20 or more people attending the same performance. LST provides one complimentary ticket for a group of 20, and two complimentary tickets for a group of 40 or more. Two complimentary tickets is the maximum provided to any group. Infants and children under 5 are not admitted.
Summer 2013 Group reservations may be made starting February 11, 2013 and going through May 17 by calling 509.548.2000. All summer groups must finalize their reservation and pay the entire balance due by May 17. LST requires a 50% deposit by Visa or MasterCard, plus a $20 transaction fee for the initial reservation. Seating reservations are not made until the deposit is received. There will be a $15 transaction fee for each additional change to your reservation. If an order is cancelled before May 17, the deposit is returned, less a $35 cancellation fee, and all other accumulated transaction fees. If a cancellation notice is not received by May 17, the balance due will be charged to the credit card. No refunds, changes, or cancellations may be made after tickets are issued.
Group reservations for the Christmas show may be made from February 11 through September 1, with the balance payable by October 31.
Groups may also utilize the regular ticket sales process and purchase tickets at any time the box office is open to the public. If a group wants a wider selection of seating possibilities they should utilize the regular ticket sales process. After May 17, this is the only option for tickets.
