Ticket Prices 2008

Reserved seating - $14 rear section, $22 middle section, and $28 front section.

The Box Office Opens on June 6th, 2008

The first rows of the front section are reserved for our Patrons – those who contribute $125 or more to the theater.  Any unclaimed Patron seats will be made available to the public for $35 beginning at 10:30 a.m., the day before the show.  If all Patron seats have been claimed, rush seats will not be available.  To be assured of front section seats, consider becoming a Patron.  You’ll receive a pair of tickets for each $125 contributed, plus a tax deduction, and you’ll help with the ongoing work of the theater.

For tickets call (509) 548-2000 or visit our box office at Icicle Junction, 585 Highway 2, in Leavenworth.  Visa and MasterCard accepted.  Mail orders are not accepted.  If you need wheelchair seating, please let the box office know at the time you order tickets.  All sales are final.

Please note that the first few days of June the box office is extremely busy.  We recommend that you consider either calling after June 11th, or visiting the box office in person during the afternoon hours if you live close by. 

Children five years of age and older are welcome at all performances with a ticket.  For information on whether a particular show is suitable for your child, please see the Family Guidelines on our website.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Policies

· Infants and Children under age 5 are not admitted.

· Pets and smoking are not permitted at any site.

· Alcohol is not permitted at the Ski Hill, Hatchery Park or in the FestHalle.

· Everyone in attendance must have a ticket; lap seating is not permitted.

· Photography and video recording are not permitted.

· Latecomers will be seated at the back of the theater.

Great Seats for Patrons

This year, consider getting great front section seating for yourself, family, friends, and employees for our summer shows. The best seats in the house are reserved for our Patrons - those that give $125 or more to the theater. For each $125 contributed, you will receive 2 Patron coupons, which may be exchanged for front section reserved seats for the summer performance of your choice. That’s 8 coupons for $500, or 16 coupons for $1000! Bring your whole group! For complete details on Patron seating, call the box office at (509) 548-2000.

Gift Certificates

The magic of live musical theater makes a wonderful gift for clients, friends or loved ones. Gift certificates to Leavenworth Summer Theater may be purchased in any amount, and redeemed for tickets to any show. Gift Certificates

Weather

Summer is usually dry in Leavenworth, and rainouts are rare. Many people travel great distances to see our shows, so we will plan to go on with the show whenever possible. If conditions should cause us to cancel a show before intermission, you may call the box office and a refund check will be mailed to you within six weeks. Refunds will not be available on site. In any event, it is wise to bring a warm jacket and cap, as the dry mountain air cools rapidly after sunset. Umbrellas are not permitted since they block the view of other guests.

Group Sales

A group consists of 20 or more people attending the same performance.  LST provides one complimentary ticket for a group of 20, and two complimentary tickets for a group of 40 or more.  Two complimentary tickets is the maximum provided to any group.  Group seating begins in row 10.

Group reservations may be made starting February 1 through the third week in May, and resume one week after the summer box office opens in June of each year, by calling 509.548.2000.  LST requires a 50% deposit by Visa or MasterCard, plus a $20 transaction fee for the initial reservation.  Seating reservations are not made until the deposit and signed paperwork are received.  There will be a $15 transaction fee for each additional change to your reservation.

If an order is cancelled before six weeks prior to the performance date, the deposit is returned, less a $35 cancellation fee, and all other accumulated transaction fees.   If a cancellation notice is not received by that date, the balance due will be charged to the credit card.  No refunds, changes, or cancellations may be made within six weeks of the performance date, or after tickets are issued. Cancellation dates are slightly different for the Christmas show.  Call the box office for a Christmas show policy sheet and further information.
