Family Guide

People have different ideas about what material is appropriate, both for themselves and their families. This guide is provided to give you information to determine if the content of this production is suitable for you and your loved ones. Please be aware that this information is provided with the intent of disclosure, and therefore contains spoilers:

Annie will delight patrons of all ages with great music, humor and energetic dancing.   The show features ten young actresses, an adorable dog and songs everyone will sing for months to come. Miss Hannigan is still drunk and Rooster is still a bad guy, but children will find the show funny and silly, while adults enjoy the jokes on a different level, and everyone goes home feeling good about the bonds of family.

There is no blasphemy or extremely strong language in the show however Miss Hannigan and Warbucks use the word “damn” and there are two instances of the word “hell”.  There are a few moments of physical comedy involving pratfalls and hijinks, but there is no overt or realistic violence.  Miss Hannigan ‘drinks’ on stage.
